Privacy notice

How Fidelity Income Tax and Insurance handles information on this website. Last updated 11 October 2026.

Contact and appointment requests

The website collects only your first name, email address, general service topic, time-of-day preference and consent to office follow-up. It does not collect free-text case details, files, taxpayer identifiers, payments or insurance applications. Do not provide confidential information.

Use and delivery

Your request is used to arrange office follow-up. Ultiblob hosts the website and operates its encrypted delivery queue and mail relay. Minimal contact details and preferences are sent to the office at fidelity2024@yahoo.com, using its Yahoo mailbox. This involves the existing Microsoft 365 outbound mail service and Yahoo. A request does not create a professional engagement or confirm an appointment. No marketing consent is requested.

Retention and deletion

Pending requests are encrypted in the website delivery queue and retried for up to seven days. The queue copy is deleted after the mail relay accepts it, or after seven days if delivery remains unsuccessful. Encrypted operational backups may retain a pending copy for up to seven additional days. Office email copies are managed by the practice; contact the office to request access, correction or deletion. Operational logs contain technical delivery status rather than form contents.

Cookies and browser storage

An essential short-lived HttpOnly SameSite security cookie protects forms. Theme choice and your essential-only preference are stored in your browser. The website has no advertising or analytics scripts and does not send inquiries to AI models or marketing systems. The web infrastructure processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Contact

For website privacy questions or requests, contact fidelity2024@yahoo.com or call 817-274-5699. Do not include tax documents or confidential records in a general email. Ask the office for an approved private process before sharing such records.
